Maria Zeee presents 'The Blueprint For Bioterrorism' released by the Bipartisan Commission on Biodefense. If you know about previous reports of this ilk — Operation lockstep, SPARS Pandemic, Event 201 table-top exercise — they share a common theme: (a) bio-terror scenario with a future date of execution, (b) a call for extreme, forced, countermeasure controls.
The Blueprint For Bioterrorism follows suit; it calls for Congress and numerous executive level agencies to enact extreme, mandatory, law and bio-terror compliance measures upon the public. Moreover, a common thread throughout the report is that Covid-19 lock-downs, restrictions and mandates, did not go far enough — absolute Federal bureaucratic control and/or a one world government is the solution.
